[Writer] sometimesraven - Urban Fantasy - Novel - YA and Adult

What I Post: Mainly Urban Fantasy stories of various descriptions, but I dabble in sci-fi too. I  I have two main projects at the moment:

Truth - a third person novel surrounding two siblings on a search to find their kidnapped brother, involving violence and mental illness and trauma and magic.

The Rebellion; A Field Guide - a second-person introductory story to the Cyberfei universe; a group project I started based on an alternate earth overrun by fae.

Content Warnings: Most of my projects contain at least mention of mental illness, trauma, suicide, death and violence. There's mild (very mild) sexual references in Truth.

Posting Schedule: I post as and when I write, which can be staggered, but I'm semi-regular at the moment.

[writer] duskpeterson - historical SF/F - online fiction (all lengths) & ebooks - various readers

What I Post: Historical speculative fiction with diverse characters: historical fantasy, alternate history, and retrofuture science fiction. Family affection, friendship, romantic friendship, and romance often occur in the stories.

Tags: nonbinary characters, asexual characters, bisexual characters, gay characters, heterosexual characters, characters of color, disabled characters, prisoners, slaves, students, proteges, soldiers, criminals, rebels, and spies. Lots more tags here.

My two main series cycles:

Chronicles of the Great Peninsula is a cycle of diverse fantasy series about an epic battle between cultures, set at a time when a centuries-old civilization is in danger of being destroyed.

Turn-of-the-Century Toughs is a cycle of alternate history series about adults and youths on the margins of society, and the people who love them. Set in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, as well as in a future that never existed, the novels and stories take place in an alternative version of America that was settled by inhabitants of the Old World in ancient times. As a result, the New World retains certain classical and medieval customs.

Content Warnings: Boilerplate warning for my stories.

Posting Schedule: I post weekly (usually on the weekends) at my DW blog and at Patreon. I'll resume posting weekly at AO3 as soon as I catch up with editing.

[Reader] TheChromaBooks - Speculative Fiction - Any Type - Adult Audience

What I Am Looking For: Projects of the Speculative Fiction genre (Fantasy and Science Fiction). I mostly enjoy High Fantasy, but I am open to recommendations! YA is a hard sell on me.

What I Am Not Looking For: Literary Fiction, Mysteries, Thrillers, Horror novels, or Realistic/General Fiction. I don't like stories with gratuitous or pointless violence, nor do I like stories that seem to glorify or romanticise violence or mental illnesses.

Reader or Critic: I am currently only doing free critique via Wattpad up to 2500 words. I have toyed with the idea of editing on the side before. Since I have no professional experience yet (but plenty of the casual variety), I've got a special tier on my Patreon for 5000 words at a rate of half a cent per word. You can find the link below!
